Your team has the worst service ever!! You dont pick calls , people cant leave messages. You sold CABs to people fully knowing your company is closing. Manjit from LEVC Chiswick sold us a cab and tricked us without providing all the paper work! When you want money from poor people you are very quick, but when the same people need help you disappear! Now we are stuck with a cab we are paying for yet no-one is ready to issue the pre warrant health check which was supposed to be issued when the cab was sold a year ago. Now trying to call everywhere including the Head office in Coventry no-one is ready to assist we are being thrown everywhere like rugs yet you people are taking our money every month. Don’t even know where to go now it’s been 3 months trying to get just a paper. Without that paper the Cab cant be fixed. Now we need to return this CAB seeking for any legal advice on how to go about this. I wonder how you people sleep at night stealing thousands of peoples money yet you don’t do what you’re supposed to. You are thieves! Please domeone help where i can report these scammers! Including the liars sitting in that convent office who has been lying left right centre! BUYER BEWARE if your thinking of purchasing an LEVC taxi through this Company ( Levc finance ) think long and hard they will not back you if anything goes wrong. And if you default when it all goes wrong where taxi cant be used they will show you as defaulting on payments.
Rip off vehicle.
The warranty on their vehicles depends on the mood of the company . They warranty is not the same as other vehicles manufacturers. The often refuse warranty work for silly excuses. Their vehicles would not survive competitive competition and if monopolies of London and some other cities are removed they would go under very quickly.
