Have been using LL Bean products for about 40 years. I have had my LL Bean Duck boots rebuilt 3x and always have had great experience. Have purchased a few items that didn't like or quality seemed off - they make returns so easy. Highly recommend.

One very simple thing, the store associate Nick. I was greeted with respect and a sincerity. Nick was on a mission to make my experience as pleasant as possible and see to it that I got what I needed. Suffice it to say, he succeeded. This was my first time in their store but certainly not my last.
