Had een probleem met een retour (UPS had het pakket kwijtgemaakt) en het duurde meer dan 2 maanden maar uiteindelijk toch opgelost.

Klantpagina is in het Turks o.i.d., na mailen krijg ik vaag antwoord over dat ik een week langer moet afwachten met mn bestelling en nu na een week opeens een mail dat mn retourzending is verwerkt en ik mn bedrag zonder verzendkosten retour krijg! Ik wacht nog op mn bestelling en heb dus ook niets retour gezonden of gevraagd en ook geen bericht gehad dat er een pakket onderweg is/was. Klantpagina is dus onleesbaar en contact blijkbaar niet mogelijk. Voel mij opgelicht, want zij verzenden niets en ik betaal dus wel verzendkosten (en bestellingskosten moet ik nog maar zien).

Correctie op onderstaand bericht: vanmorgen even met LTB gebeld en binnen 10 minuten was t opgelost. Tip: bij problemen, niet mailen, maar bellen! Ik bestelde een broek die in 1-3 dagen geleverd zou worden. Na twee weken taal nog teken. Daarop de bestelling via de site en via Klarna geannuleerd. Ik kreeg een bevestigingsmail van Ltb die ik ook bij Klarna indiende. Helaas gaf Klarna aan dat Ltb mijn verzoek tot verwijderen van betaling niet had goedgekeurd. Al verschillende keren berichten gestuurd, maar gewoon geen reactie. Nu moet ik dus betalen voor iets dat ik niet heb gekregen. Nooit meer hier bestellen!!
