Very Disappointed w/Customer Service
I placed an order on December 26 and only received part of my order. The tracking I was provided for the other part of my order shows that USPS has been waiting for the item to ship. I’ve spent several weeks attempting to get a hold of someone in customer service with no success. I was able to find a phone number, attempted to call and it’s the same message every time; they’re experiencing high call volume so I left a message. Not sure how I can go about getting my money back or the actual product that I ordered shipped to me, but this is the first and last time that I will order from Madhappy.

Purchased Chicago Cubs sweatpants from there and the extra small purchaded for my 110lb daughter were huge even on 160 pounds son so not sure the sizing really works and regardless that they said it was not returnalble. They are not on sale or anything, but didn't accept returns on it . I will never buy from them again.
