Very long handling time for returns
I only received a refund for one item, but there were many items from multiple orders in my return package. I have emailed them repeatedly, but no replies... Update 20-1-2025: I received an automatic response, saying that they have so many emails at the moment that the response time will be longer that usual. Let's wait and see.... Update 21-1-2025: They refunded me all the returned items but one (probably a mistake). I had to wait a long time (the return package was delivered on 9-12-2024) but they came trough in the end.
SCAM ALERT!!
A huge SCAM! Please please avoid sending them your stuff. Simply throw whatever you have in the trash and don’t send them anything. They don’t sell your stuff, they just pretend like they‘re trying to sell them and that nobody is buying them, so then they just steal whatever you sent and sell it on their own somewhere else. You‘re not getting nothing in return. They purposefully put up ridiculously terrible photos of the products on the website to the point where you can‘t even see what the product is. They know if they do this, the items won’t sell. It’s 2025, what kind of camera takes photos like that? Their photos look like they‘ve been taken with a microwave from 1993.
They stole my money and announced bunkruptcy
I sold my best Chanel bag and never gotten my payment last year, 2023 The company announced bankruptcy, stole the money, and still on the market. I cannot explain how it is allowed by law. My transection is now even removed from my bills as unpaid. It just vanished. Fraudsters. Avoid by all means. My damage from them is close to 1000.

Don't use the concierge service. After you agree to their price, they will continuously drop the price, which can result in you giving away your items. You cannot get them returned or discontinue the service because you are trapped. Furthermore, you have no access to adjust the prices. Never again. It's a complete rip off.
Be reactive
I can't understand how sales deposit sites work when it comes to recovering your funds. I have made three sales and I have not received my requested transfer for two weeks.
