Unhappy with the cab
The App is easy to use. I have been booking airtickets, hotels and cabs through MMT for years now and had my exasperating moments. Recently I booked a cab from Gangtok to Pelling. It was supposed to be Ertiga Xylo class but what I got was a clunky Bolero. I raised the issue; after a few days of repetitive confabulations MMT declared that they are equivalent and that is it. 2. Sometimes The App hides the MyTrips option and one is unable to access any of the bookings. Then it reappears mysteriously

Hotel review on Rangsharda in Mumbai The hotel appears to be nearly 30 years old and is in urgent need of renovation and proper maintenance. The overall condition was very poor, with water leakage in multiple places inside the rooms. The breakfast quality was disappointing. Additionally, the centralized AC system was not functioning properly due to temperature issues, making the stay uncomfortable. Considering the price of ₹5,500 per night, this hotel is extremely overpriced and does not justify the cost at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I also feel that MMT should reconsider listing or recommending such poorly maintained properties to customers.

Such a bad experience with Makemy trip.com The flight was cancelled by airline and raised for refund request. its been more than a month and makemytrip is saying they are still waiting for the confirmation. When i call them to follow up they just keep telling me to wait without definitive answers.

The Hotels which are being listed may have to revalidated properly. Example DR Uthama, Nellore....the photos and atheist actual does not match. Effectively you are cheating the customers who ever trying to relay on you.... just think about it

Endless 48-Hour Delays, No Refund Since Dec 19 I cancelled my air ticket on 19 December 2025, and I am still waiting for my refund. Every single time I contact MakeMyTrip customer care, I’m told to wait another 48 hours for an update. This has been repeated again and again, with absolutely no progress. There is no ownership, no clear answer, and no resolution—just endless postponement. Customer support seems trained only to delay rather than actually solve the issue. For a company as big as MakeMyTrip, this level of service is shocking. Keeping customers’ money for months and giving scripted responses is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend MakeMyTrip. If anything goes wrong, be prepared for delays, excuses, and zero accountability.
