Unreliable website, always technical problems, without any indication on the site. You can see technical details when you have errors. Site does not work on latest browsers with higher security settings. Does not work on VPN.
Unacceptable Delays and Alarming Data Protection Issues
Three months ago, I requested a partial withdrawal of my funds. To date, after 3 months, I am still waiting; they just don't give me any updates or explanation for why it takes so long. Even more concerning, when I asked for my address to be updated, correspondence was sent to both my old and new addresses. This is a serious data protection failure. I have no idea why Whitbread selected this company to manage employee funds. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.
