The company is treating its clients very poorly and unprofessionally. Support is weak; there are people who are not answering calls or they are not responding to emails. Also, they don't have proper knowledge about utility fees or how to calculate them. The most outrageous thing is that they charge foreigners double the deposit, and Polish people just one month.

Review is for Milluu Romania. I had an intention to rent my Bucharest located apartment. Contacted Milluu few times by phone, no one replied. They called me back later and it appeared to be a constructive discussion. After a while, I had several more questions about the process itself, and, I asked a copy of the contract we were supposed to sign and a copy of the template of the letter of attorney. Since that moment no one replied on any channels. It's worrying to think they are probably only a few guys there and they remembered my number so they could neglect my calls. Tried to talk to them on facebook messenger or via their facebook page and guess what, they blocked me there also without any explanation. I repeat, we haven't signed yet anything and I was their potential customer. I can't imagine the situation when I rent my apartment with their help, something happens with my property and they completely ignore you and since you are probably outside the country, it becomes even more disturbing. I would never recommend you to leave your property to Milluu Romania - better keep it empty or find some professionals.
