Their company FREIGHT CENTER has unethical cancelation fee. Hidden fees and rip offs. Avoid at all costs.
Unprofessional Broker
we are a reputable carrier and have decided to not do business with them again. appointment and detention at shipper totaled 6 hrs . Phone calls, email and trucker tools messaging all ignored. 24 hrs later spoke to the broker finally about the issue. he claimed he didn't see any of the messages or calls. asked for signed BOL with times. Then went ghost and never sent revised rate conf. unfortunately this more common with unprofesional, dishonest brokers.

Terrible unprofessional broker This was one of my worst experience so far Dealing with Blue Grace logistics was a nightmare. They gave me a decent rate on a load for a short run. But nothing was short about this run. I was stuck with this load for over 24 hours. It took me two days to get this load offloaded and during the process, the communication was terrible. A guy named Ian Marco was horrible and very unprofessional. He yelled and cursed at me like a kid. I kept it professional trying to represent my company in the best way and it was really hard, but I did it and they still refuse to pay for dentition and layover fees. I was stuck for two full work days 5 to 6 hours just to be unloaded after driving to drop the load. There were all types of complications at the job site so I could not be offloaded and when I communicated this with the Broker, they just accuse me of refusing to be offloaded when it was just simply impossible. I’m just a carrier I don’t operate a forklift or tele-handler and it was not my job site to make the call. I didn’t mind staying overnight just to deliver this load, but they gave me the runarounds and didn’t want to pay layover fee so I offered to return the load to the shipper because it was very messy and everyone was confused but then the Broker tells me he’s gonna report my MC because I’m stealing his freight if I don’t deliver, they pretty much bullied me into staying with the load and when I arrive the second day to deliver the load, it took another 5 to 6 hours to be offloaded after communicating with Ian the whole day and him promising me that I will be paid detention time, he ghosted me after the load was finally offloaded and I sent the POD there’s a lot more to this review, but hopefully yall get the point. This is a terrible brokerage. If you’re smart or you’re a small carrier don’t use these guys.
Don't work with this company at all they will make you pay and will never return your money
Don't work with this company, This customer United cold storage will trap you and says you checked in late and will change you for fees and then they will change delivery appt at UNFI Riverside without letting you know and will never pay detention, layover or any extra charges please stay away from them
