I like their support center but the fact that they re custodial made me go to another wallet. I'm not sure in their security level.

Extremely unhelpful and appeared to note care less about assisting me with my issue. I have had correspondence from Andrew but he is obviously not reading my messages correctly or looking at my screenshots as his few responses dont address the issue that my tokens were sent to the correct MEW address successfully but have not shown up in the wallet. Something is wrong on MEW side of things and I would appreciate some "helpful and useful" assistance in sorting it out please? I am beginning to think thay I've been scammed.

Came across this site in November and decided to give them a trial hope to make some decent cash, i put in money hoping I would make profits as the seemed legitimate at the time but before I knew it my money was gone, with no trace and they never responded to my complaints that i had to report to _epf plc_ after so many unreturned calls and unreplied emails

Simply Baffling Customer Support??
I had a simple issue with my IOS app - there was a "Selling your crypto" option that was supposed to be there and it was missing. I asked the Help Desk and they just kept pasteing articles from their Help Files. I tried entering the issue again to get a different agent but the same thing happened. I've concluded these aren't real people - just BOTs looking for tag words.
