Great customer service
Just got off the phone with Suzanne, I was worried as I have recently changed jobs and I couldn't make the payment in time as normal, She was so helpful and put me at ease and gave me the best advice, very professional, sorted the dates out to suit me and already planned ahead for me to be able to cancel my direct debit and they will reinstate it themselves on the day I get paid from my new job!. To be fair I have had great experience since using Oplo.

Brilliant experience. Very impressed. Used a 3rd party mortgage broker who sorted a secured loan through Oplo. Once the loan was accepted Oplos Communication have been 10/10. Quick and very informative. Would use again and recommend to all friends and family

Stay far away. Offered to help during difficult period by reducing my loan payment only to default it at exactly 3 months after with no prior notice. Changed their name a few times too probably for tax avoidance.
Loan settled 2022
Loan settled 2022. Now owned by Tandem. Logged into online banking to see first repayment scheduled. Can't get hold of them, no new loan taken. Assuming a glitch in their system but can't actually speak to anyone
