The barbecue gets extremely hot and the way that it is engineered inside catches a lot of grease in different spots, even using aluminium foil sheet we can’t stop it from lighting on fire quite ferociously so now we’ve got to the point we don’t cook lamb or sausages on it at all and if we cook chicken, it’s on low only. I will be selling this very soon for very cheap and buying a Webber Family.

Improvement is needed.
This company is getting (2) stars only because our food is always grilled evenly. The main problem with their grills is that they are too top heavy. Every time I go out to the grill after heavy winds, my grill is on the ground. I have even attempted to chain the grill around a tree and it still tips over. The framing and tubes are almost paper thin. Although our grill works……it looks like it was beat up in a boxing ring.
There is no customer service, just more marketing
I bought a Nexgrill stainless steel Evolution 5 burner plus side. Its a pretty fine little grill, but 2 of the burners don't ignite. Which is why we got rid of the old one. It came with a card "Don't return to the store, call customer service" So we did. Repeatedly. Short story, there is no customer service. Its been redirected to marketing and you get signed up for all the marketing lists, product offers, and grills you can purchase to replace the 1 month old, defective unit that you got. My best advice: if you get a defective unit, toss the card and bring it right back to the store for replacement. its the only chance you have to get it right
