Rock-solid performance across multiple Ninja appliances
I’ve been using Ninja products in my home for a while now, including a Ninja pressure cooker and countertop appliances, and they’ve consistently delivered exactly what you want from modern kitchen gear: strong performance, simple controls, and reliability. What I appreciate most is how Ninja designs products for real daily use instead of just marketing. The pressure cooker in particular heats quickly, seals well, and gives very consistent results whether I’m doing quick meals or longer cooks. The build quality feels solid and not disposable, which matters when you’re actually cooking with something multiple times a week. I also like how easy their products are to clean and maintain. A lot of appliances look good but become annoying to live with — Ninja seems to actually think about the full ownership experience. Overall I’ve had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend Ninja to anyone who wants dependable kitchen equipment without overpaying for a luxury badge.
I have bought 3 Ninja Blenders in 7…
I have bought 3 Ninja Blenders in 7 years. My latest one started giving me issues 9 months after purchase. I have purchased the same model consistently. It's the blender jug, and 2 single serve cups, which essentially either you use the small single serves to blend and go or the large jug. It is 1100 watts. It took me sometimes to find my receipt but I called into customer service recently. and, they basically give you the run around, telling me its wear and tear. Are you kidding me!!! It did not function properly for a year as the warranty states. I got 9 decent months of reliability from this product. The current retail price is $200+. I will look into another blender brand that can actually work beyond 9-10 months. not very durable products, disappointed, would not recommend
Wrong colour sent
Delivery was really fast but they sent the wrong colour. I ordered sage green and received navy. Can't be bothered with messing about with returns. Also, it doesn't even have a light inside it.
Ordered 3 items all in same colour
Ordered 3 items all in same colour, they came two matt one shiny. I have no idea why a simple question of "Does it come in matt? " can't be answered! Over and over again same conversation but no answer by phone or email. Even got offered a different colour in matt. So frustrating, options leave me with no toaster, or a shiny toaster, if I return I will definitely not match. Wish I had never ordered if I'm honest, website misleading and mis sold
I purchased the Ninja crispi pro
I purchased the Ninja crispi pro. It turns out that the item was faulty. I returned two items I purchased - a container and the machine itself. I received a confirmation from Ninja that both items have been received by the warehouse HOWEVER - the refund amount was incorrect. They withheld the taxes. I called and the advisor I spoke to told me that that is the correct amount - without taxes and he will only escalate once I receive my refund. To date, I have still not received any refund and the amount promised is incorrect. I have never heard of any company withholding taxes when doing a refund. I do not recommend this company's products and the company itself. Please refund me asap. Ticket#23643254
