Terrible support for essential services

Support simply doesn't answer. 2 Tickets open, > 1 month and many, many reminders later... Besides this issue, adding carriers and services to your account is quite a hassle. We've often felt like we were the first to use a carrier connection as it was full of bugs when we started using it and had to guide nshift support through several fixes.

I don't know what or who they are. I never signed up with them. They just went on and emailed me. I tried to sign out, but only got more emails and ticket numbers. Finally had an email confirming that they terminated my account (the account that never was). But still they email me.
