Terrible Customer Service
The Customer Service dept is terrible, my order took almost 3 weeks to come from US or Canada arrived damaged as it hadn't been packed correctly. Still waiting for a replacement which they said would be expedited - that never happened no gesture of goodwill, last time ordering from them online and its such a shame as the actual products are brilliant. No Customer Service phone number either what about people that dont have the ability to email?

Now I’m more worried after reading the reviews. My godfather has a house in Orlando and I bought on the Sunday prior to his arrival two blushes from nudestix, It took them 9 bussiness days to deliver. But when I checked my tracking app It informed me that my order was being sent back to sender due to incomplete address, which until now I dont understand as on the same week I bought at sephora using the exact same address and It arrived. Since last Thursday I’ve been trying to contact them because I still want my order but my godfather can no longer receive it so I am trying to change the delivery address and nothing, no response. I thought once they received my order back they would naturally reach out but they haven’t

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful company. I have been a customer since the company’s beginning, and have spent so much money on their products between their website and Sephora. I purchased 3 lip products during a sale last month, and when they arrived, two were damaged. The inside stick of colour had come out of the pencil. I emailed customer service with pics and explained the problem. Customer service asked me for pics of some weird code inside of the lid that was very tiny. The pics show that the product was jammed in the lids from the product popping out. I sent detailed pics of everything I could without digging out the broken product. The costumer service essentially ghosted me after that. I reached out 3 more times within the next few weeks since it says within 48 hours they will respond. I am really upset by this. I spent money on products that arrived broken and now I am out that money, and have products I can’t use. After a decade, I am done with this company. What an awful way to treat a customer.
Had to go to the Emergency Room
Had to go to the Emergency room! Used the tinted mineral sunscreen and had such a severe allergic (My only cosmetic allergy is acrylic for nails) I had to go to the ER and be placed on a cycle of high does steroids. Reached out to customer service from the hospital and several times after with no response. I am not allergic to any of the listed ingredients! to those who didn’t receive your product be grateful you didn’t have to spend the night in the ER!
