Used to be great, but something has changed. Now I can’t get my medication shipped on the schedule it used to be on. They changed their prices and didn’t notify me and stopped shipments, and had to manually request a refill. After that, they sent two refills within the same week, and now it’s been two months and haven’t gotten one. Not sure what changed but honestly it’s more of a hassle than it’s worth

Three weeks and counting since requesting birth control from them. Stuck under forever "pending review". Support says the same line of your order is current in review and no eta. No refund on the fee they charge me.

They are the worst
They are the worst ! It's scam company.. they advertise the products at $29 dollars but then they charge you $59. Which I agreed and paid. But the email confirmation also shows an additional $69 for health management fee which was not what I agreed to. So I asked them to cancel and refund . Then they emailed me back saying they can't cancel and refund
