I have been in a bot queue for over 5 min to ask questions about their service. If I can’t even get through to a human now, what’s it going to be like if I am a customer? Similar problem with GoodCharlie. But at least bot told me there was a 10 minute wait. My current provider, Varsity Energy was excellent, local CS and answered on 2nd ring.
