Pressured my mum to keep giving them money to release the funds in her account, only for them to use that money for trading. We didn't know and my mum kept sending them the money. Then when we asked them to cancel the transaction and refund the money to the account that originally sent the funds, they made us pay $500 that was non-refundable. Don't engage with them. Despite the company relying on trustpilot, I'm sorry, there's nothing to understand, you and explain away what you've done
