Not a partner supplier that we can recommend
We worked with Olleco, they provided cooking oil for 87 pubs. Unhappy with service, unable to agree, we changed supply. They requested to be given 4 weeks notice and then refused to deliver oil, we think to cause maximum damage. Thankfully we had been warned this would happen by another unhappy, former client. We now have a better partner and by good fortune, at a far better commercial rate. Suggest avoiding this supplier as unprofessional.
Promises, promises failure!
The East Anglia branch of Olleco perfectly exemplifies the phrase, "I'll call you back in 10 minutes," only for you to wait several days without hearing anything. I was promised a collection of 1,000 kg of food waste for Thursday, 27/03/2025. They never showed up. When I tried to get an ETA on Friday, I kept receiving vague promises like "checking with the Ops team, we'll get back to you." Eventually, the contact person stopped taking my calls altogether, and the receptionist would simply say, "she’s working on it." They kept promising new collection dates without ever explaining the underlying issues. I had to constantly chase them for updates — they never proactively contacted me. To make matters worse, when they finally sent a driver, he went to the wrong address, despite me clearly confirming the collection site from the beginning. After four weeks (by 28/04/2025), I had to hire another company, who managed to arrange the pickup within two days and kept every promise they made. The depot and management at Olleco East Anglia seem to have no control over their operations team. They seriously need to improve both their planning/scheduling and their communication with customers.
Terrible company, unprofessional
This company has provided a disappointing experience. I have booked oil collection four times, and they have failed to follow through on each occasion. I contacted their London East branch, and the manager, Stephan Brock, was extremely rude and unprofessional. i would no recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely a joke.

On 1/6/24 I caught olleco driver…
On 1/6/24 I caught olleco driver stealing our old oil I stopped trading with olleco back in March and my oil was being stolen twice the lorry was seen leaving my car park and on Saturday I confronted the driver who returned 120 litres of oil but submitted a return form to cover his backside for 60 litres The company have made all excuses to cover driver but offered no apology or compensation for oil taken Not to be trusted go elsewhere
