OMV provides reliable service and a good fuel. The stations are clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Always a smooth experience!
Disappointed wity OMV
I have often been disappointed with OMV’s sandwiches. They are frequently not fresh, and instead of providing fresh products, the staff just cover this up by heating them — even when they contain lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. Heating fresh vegetables like that ruins both the taste and texture, and it feels like a way to hide how old the sandwiches really are. From OMV International, one would expect an overall standard across all locations, not practices that make customers doubt product quality. Looking at OMV’s low Trustpilot score, it seems I’m not the only one who thinks they don’t really care about quality or customer experience. From a company of this size, I would expect much higher standards.

The lady on the station told me to pay another price for toy that is showed on the label. She was speaking Austrian all way long, I understand but man not reply- I asked to speak with me English polish or Norwegian but then I heard that I am in Austria and I should speak Austrian though she was Czekisk. I told her that I can pay label price and it’s not up to me that someone made a mistake but she was rude and told me to pay higher price. I asked how much is for the chocolate so she told me that the price is on the label - I ask to tell me the price cause it’s uncertain that on the label is correct. Terrible and discriminating behavior. Never again
Worst experience
Worst experience. A dude with Petrom brand in the gas station on Bd. Brasov in Bucharest asked me in front of the customers not to wash my car. Water was black, in fact everything was extremely dirty, sponge was missing in some places. I escalated to their office, I received registration no. CFS-123770-W1R8 and the resolution was it had been my fault as I washed the metal, the water was dirty because those like me. Just like everyone else comes with clean windows, plate number or lights. This is austrian customer oriented attitude!
