BEWARE. THIS IS A DROP SHIPPING SITE CLAIMING TO BE DUTCH. let’s start with the quality. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP wrapped in posh paperwork. you get better towels from Tesco value range. absolutely feel robbed by this company who claimed these were over £250 worth of towels for £97. took weeks for them to arrive and the returns is so convoluted you lose the will to live. i intend to put this review in weekly to stop others feeling this aggrieved.

Dealing with Onia has been a total nightmare. I placed an order and quickly realized the cost was way too high, so I immediately tried to cancel. I sent multiple emails before they shipped it, asking them to stop the order. But guess what? They ignored me! When they finally got back to me, they said the order had already shipped and couldn’t be canceled. Seriously? I reached out in plenty of time! Now they expect me to pay for return shipping when this whole mess is on them? Their customer service is a joke—just generic replies from "Onia Team" with no real person taking responsibility. It’s like talking to a brick wall. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Onia. They clearly don’t care about their customers.
