Similar to what many have said. Got notification package was delivered with picture. I went to get it and no package and no way to contact a real person. Ordered from Old Navy and will be giving them hell for using such a corrupt delivery service

This shipping company is terrible. They have 3 of my packages that were supposed to be delivered on Saturday and never arrived, poor customer service, no updates, no packages. They are terrible.
Don't expect to get items sent via OnTrac
My last 2 deliveries via OnTrac have been marked as "delivered" but not to me! The first order from Nordstroms was never delivered and now my order from Adidas was not delivered. Not sure if the people doing the deliveries don't pay attention to numbers on the address or if they are stealing packages. I have a Ring camera and in both cases the packages were not delivered to my door.
