Ooni Karu 2 (received as a Christmas gift from my husband)
I received an Ooni Karu 2 as a Christmas Gift from my husband, it is the wood fired version, with a view at some stage to purchase the gas burner…. However, I am so impressed with the oven itself, I never knew I needed one of these, so much fun!! I have used the ooni app to get all the pizza recipes, sauces etc the Neapolitan pizza dough is amazing. We have had so much fun as a family from making our dough to lighting the fire, stretching the dough and creating our pizza!! I am in love with the Ooni!!! We used it last Friday night for some guests, they were similarly impressed with the quality of the pizza and how fast they cook! However as we cleaned it the next day we realised the stone had cracked, I contacted customer services as I had already registered the product! I got a prompt reply to say that an order had been created and my stone was on its way! Camille wrote a lovely email and has been very responsive to me in any query! Also in the email she detailed how I can get more ideas etc by logging onto Ooni YouTube channel which I have already done & also suggested recipes!! The email made me smile!! So number 1 - the Ooni Karu 2 has been the most amazing thing we have used in a long time, we all love it (even my 17year old son has taken such an interest in it🙌🏼) Amazing product!!! Number 2 - the customer service on the first contact I have had is amazing with no quibble at all on my stone issue!!! Top company & top product!!! I hope we never get tired using it!!! 🍕

Without any hassle, they immediately arranged a replacement and clearly explained the next steps. The communication was warm and reassuring, the solution was fast, and they even included helpful safety advice and recipe inspiration. It really shows that Ooni cares about its customers, not just the products they sell. This level of service builds a lot of trust, and it’s one of the reasons I’m happy to recommend Ooni to others. We love our Ooni pizza oven, and the dual-sided grizzler as well. Unfortunately during a move we lost the two handles for the grizzler, Ooni responded immediately when I asked to purchase replacements and resolved our problem. Than-you Ooni! Excellent product, and even better customer service! 5/5
Awesome CS Experience!
I emailed Ooni allll the way back in July for help with my unit that was no longer lighting. They wrote back super fast, and gave me a bunch of instructions to try and fix it. Many months later, I finally got my act together and tried to see if I could fix it. I could not, so I reached out again. They were again so quick getting back to me! My Ooni was a gift, and I didn't have the original receipt or any additional information. The customer service team worked with me to figure out the best solution for this, as well as we're just generally pleasant to work with. Their instructions were always super clear, they were incredibly responsive and fast, and actually followed up a week later when I had requested them to do so. I am so impressed with their customer service! It was so seamless, even when working with different reps. Thank you all so much!
