Stay far away from openpay Mexico
We have some years using this company and has been a pain. The support is non-existent, they respond when they want, which can be weeks or never. If you receive a chargeback, it is best not to call support as they will never resolve in your favor even if you send them accurately the information they ask for. Currently I have almost a month with a problem that they do not solve where a client paid me and they have not paid me my money. In conclusion, the support does not have experience to solve the situations and they always make vain excuses and spend weeks, yes, weeks to respond if they ever respond.
