UNPROFESSIONAL - HARASSES TENANTS!
UPDATE: Opiniion is no longer allowed to send me emails or texts as of 2023, so now they're harassing my family (co-tenants). Our leasing office has been notified in writing to call off their 'bulldog'. We will be delighted to report Opiniion to the FTC if we receive one more email or text. It's a very sad situation when an apartment complex feels compelled to hire an overly aggressive PR firm to harass tenants into taking "surveys". That speaks volumes ... This company was hired by my apartment complex. They harass tenants by sending multiple emails demanding a review of the property. If the tenant ignores all the emails, Opiniioin then starts sending texts. I made it clear to the leasing office that I wouldn't tolerate spam emails and texts. Well, NOW these scammers are emailing my husband and daughter (co-tenants). They've both received SEVEN emails each since 03/29/24 with a text today. Our leasing office has been informed if Opiniion doesn't cease and desist, we would be reporting them to the Fair Trade Commission (FTC). Harassing tenants is NOT the way to promote an apartment complex. Opiniion is an overly aggressive and obnoxious company. STEER CLEAR OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS !!!

Another poster said it perfectly- STAY AWAY
I've been in the Property Management industry for 25 years and this is in my top 3 for worst services I've contracted with. Another poster said it perfectly; it's a giant scam. The software doesn't work, they'll ignore any attempts to ask for help, and they won't cancel the service or even speak to you about it. The business appears to be a pump-and-dump start-up where someone builds up the company to a level, sells it, and starts over with a new idea. This thing is as abandoned as a haunted roller rink. In case you're still not sure, you won't get anything you were promised. You will get massive doses of regret. You will wish to god you'd never heard of Opiniion. Just stay clear.
Worthless Company
This company is a complete disaster and it would be a grave mistake to even consider doing business with them. Our property management software made the foolish decision to partner with this incompetent and worthless company, and we signed up for their services because of a promotion from our software provider. The entire premise of their service is a scam - they claim that they can get your company good reviews, but in reality, all they do is place code in your management software that sends out review requests when a task is completed between your firm and the tenant or owner of a property. The initial roll-out of their system was an utter disaster. They sent out review requests to everyone in our database instead of filtering them, which caused a great deal of confusion and frustration. It took an inordinate amount of time to work with them to fix this issue, but even after it was resolved, their system continued to fail in getting us any significant reviews, good or bad. It's clear that this is a new company with a beta system that has not been proven to work. When we attempted to contact them to explain the issue and ask them to cancel the service, they refused to do so, despite the fact that they were charging us $200+ per month for absolutely nothing. We were forced to call our company to deny their recurring charges, as they had no intention of stopping the charges themselves. In short, this company is a complete sham that preys on unsuspecting businesses. Their system doesn't work, their customer service is abysmal, and they are only interested in taking your money. Stay far, far away from them if you value your time and money.
