unreliable tool, do not use. thank me later
i wish there was an option to give 0 stars. their system availability/uptime is horrible. their outages last days, not minutes or hours, while they lie on their status page "We are seeing degraded app performance due to our cloud database provider. We are investigating." whereas in reality the app isnt accessible anymore. The worst availability and customer support I have ever come across. Anyone who is considering using ortto, save yourself trouble down the road, use something else. They have had 2 outages lasting for more than 24 hours in past 2 weeks. Imagine burning thousands in your ad spend while your mar-tech stack just stays broken with hardly any customer support!!! I am having to invest a few thousand dollars to urgently refactor my backend code to move out of autopilot(now called ortto). Worst tech decision of my career. I wish a slow painful sunset upon this product.
