I decided to try a year to see if there was any benefit to it, there was not. I received a few calls at the beginning explaining the work I needed to do. I did it... not really sure what they did. your basic run around to cancel. just refused to pay as they refuse to just cancel the subscription.

Simply not worth the financial and emotional stress
I rarely write reviews, as I believe that misunderstandings can sometimes occur on both sides. However, I feel very strongly about sharing my experience with Partoo, and I strongly advise against signing up with them. My first year with Partoo was relatively smooth—they were communicative, held regular calls, and appeared to be actively managing my account. However, after the initial year, communication completely stopped, and I saw no real value in continuing their service. When I decided to cancel, they made the process incredibly difficult, claiming that I had missed the cancellation deadline. As a result, I was forced to pay a full year’s worth of fees (£50 per month) for a service that provided absolutely nothing—no calls, no support, nothing at all. As a small business owner, this was a significant financial loss. I even made sure to follow up on my cancellation request before the supposed deadline, yet I have continued to receive aggressive financial demands via email and letter, sometimes on a weekly basis. Despite multiple attempts to call and email them, I have received no response—except for one email from my original contact confirming that my subscription was canceled. And yet, the threatening letters persist. Ultimately, it’s your decision, but based on my experience, I would strongly caution against doing business with this company. It’s simply not worth the financial and emotional stress.
