Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Product ok. Lead time double what we were told originally. Poor communication between staff at Chorley branch and to be honest one particular guy there who just lied. Wrong transport sent felt so sorry for delivery driver who told me all this was pretty normal for the company. If you want a reasonable product then ok use this company but do not believe anything they tell you and get it all in writing.

Indifferent quality and customer service.
A bit sluggish in getting the design for our roof kit finalised. When it arrived (on time, to be fair) we found the craftsmanship fairly marginal (connector plates were misaligned and needed grinding off flush, for example). Then it came to the wrong hangers for part of the structure being sent. No apologies offered, Pasquill's supplier just sent us the same (incorrect) hangers again. Meanwhile, expensive carpenters were being held up on site. It turned out the hangers were mislabelled. I was then expected to send a photograph to prove the point, at the end of which we were expected to wait yet another 2 days for the correct ones (still hoping as I write) to be sent. The point here is that if we were a large customer, you can bet they would have got us the correct parts the same day. But as we are only a small customer, it's not worth their while correcting the problem ASAP. Little in the way of acknowledgement - rather, the repeated problem was treated indifferently, and we were fobbed off with a second-rate solution. I think there are probably much better, keener companies out there who value their customers more.

Customer service - Pasquill has never heard of it.
Interesting company - ask for customer services and some guy called Nick will not put you through to them then puts the phone down. I suppose thats one way to keep customer complaints down!. I note that in a previous pasquill post on this site they were going to undertake an internal review - I know for a fact they cant do that as they have no information to work with! Yet another bluster and incorrect assumption on Pasquills behalf that they are dealing with the issue - they dont - simple as.
