I booked a hotel through them
I booked a hotel through them. The transaction went through, but the money was never paid to the hotel. €310 was taken from my account, and the name Paycomet appears on the transaction. However, Paycomet is not responding, and in their email they say they cannot do anything about it. What does that even mean? I do not recommend Paycomet to anyone. In my experience, they act like scammers and provide no support to customers who lose their money. They don’t even tell you whose account they sent the money to.

Customer service is very bad. No replies, only 2-3 days after and only via email. No one ever bothered to call me and I asked for it 5 times. Not professional service, also the platform has limited benefits.
