Haven’t added the app yet, but customer service was fast. The way to get your money in and out (so I inquired) is buy another crypto that has fast and cheap transfer fees and just transfer to another wallet. If that wallet has funds than you can deposit it to your bank from another exchange. XLM and Robinhood work well for me. You still pay small transfer fees (depending on crypto.)
Verification was slow and support is nice. Highly recommended crypto service.
Maybe it was me or the process of getting verified, but it worked as soon as I reached out to support. Support is helpful and I am now verified with full account functionality.
