Awesome customer service!
I outfitted my home office with quite a few Poppin products... a couple filing cabinets, desk accessories, etc. Not only are the products first-rate, but twice I've needed to contact customer service... I locked my file cabinet keys in the cabinet by mistake. Both times the service reps were super great... friendly, listened to my problem, and took responsibility for helping me fix it. They clearly do a lot of training and empower their reps. (I say this as someone who does trainings tangentially related to customer service such as this.) They have earned a loyal customer in me!

Adjustable White Desk- a MUST!
I ordered the adjustable white desk and it arrived today. I just finished putting it together and I am in awe of how great their customer service was as well as their product. I was called twice about delivery- once to get some additional information about where it would be delivered and then they followed up with me confirming a delivery window. The delivery driver showed up within the first hour (of the three hour window) and was so helpful in getting my packages up the stairs- which I was not expecting at all. I was not expecting to be so well taken care of! It was so nice to not wonder where my package was, what day it would arrive on and what time it would arrive at. Bravo, Poppin!
