Parcels disappearing
Parcel bought on AliExpress. There was a small mistake in the delivery regional code. (Even with the mistake, other parcels were delivered correctly in the past). This one disappeared. The address was clearly identifiable. Phone support was very unkind and unsupportive. Basically they said: the address was written wrong, your problem. I wrote a formal complaint. It was closed after a few days without sending me any reply or explanation. I lost the parcel.
More missing parcels
Yet again my temu parcels not delivered. No tracking update etc. Last year over €400 list to them taking my goods.its about time something legal was done about the service
NOT reliable company for delivering
I rated poste Italiane with one star, only because there is not anything less than that. I think it's not very reliable company for delivering. It happened many times before that they claimed they couldn't find my house or they said I was not at home, even when I was on sick leave so it was very little time which I was not present at home so I don't understand how they could managed to miss me being home. But usually I´m an adult working person as most of the people who will order something online so they have to have some strategy on how to deliver even if the person is not present at home. Which other companies never failed to do so, yet poste italiane already so many times. Also I really don´t even believe they even try to deliver some days, because this would also happen in the past on the days when me and my boyfriend had different working shifts so there was always someone home... and we also never receive any call from any mailman that he is trying to find our house or that he is trying to deliver and we are not home.
