Over a month of waiting for a pair of kids sneakers. All the support phone numbers are cancelled and the email system to report an issue has sent me back a "you messaged us after hours" with no follow up. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM PROOZY/ZULILY!
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I ordered a pair of sunglasses on June 1. I had a trip planned on the 23rd and thought that would be plenty of time to receive the item according to their policy. I contacted them 3 times about the order only to be told it was delayed, no additional info about why or when it would be shipped. Finally contacted BBB and reported the issue. Proozy still took no responsibility and once I didn’t accept their lame answer, they basically said sometimes things happen. I finally received the order on 7/21. Didn’t realize they are owned by Zullily. No more orders to Proozy or Zullily.
