seriously? i pay for this service (P & V towing service Belgium). I understand they are busy at this time of the year. But i was stranded near brussels . I stayed 1h20 min in the queue(by phone). Then someone picked up and hung up again. And i was already late for work. save yourself the money, and pay more for when the day you need a towing service. Instead of helping me, Akkız Güçlü and Metin Koyuncu tried to sell me a product. Even on the day I called, Ms. Akkız, still focused on selling me a product, said, "You don't have home and family insurance, the company isn't receptive to such situations." Furthermore, when I explained my problem with Peugeot, no one responded for two weeks. Even after asking my questions to another assistant, I received no answers even after a week. I recommended them to 10 people. Now I deeply regret it, and all my friends have switched to other companies after completing their first year with them.
