Great boards, tried a few different brands and I'd say they're on par with awake when it comes to experience fun and ride time. One down side is that it's a bit heavier than the ravik. Customer service was also great, I had a problem with the foot straps and they sent me new ones free.
Do Not Buy Radinn.
Too bad that after spending 12,000$ on my board, it stopped working after a few rides. Let me also mention that it arrived with one of the battery latches broken. The response I got from the customer service is to buy a new jetpack (3,500$). I recommend exercising caution when considering Radinn products until they either enhance the durability of their offerings or improve their customer support and client relations.

Hey to anyone looking to buy a Radinn board don’t be disappointed like I was 😭 I live here in the U.K. and I purchased my Carve Radinn board back in December 2022. Couldn’t wait for the weather to heat up (from May to September if you’re lucky with the odd day of rain) and get out on it being a wakeboarder and jetski enthusiasts this is right up my street! The good 😃 The board - great design cuts through the water really well, and nice bit of power as well! A bit on the heavy side but it’s ok. The bad! 🤬 The biggest let down is the battery 🪫 it absolutely SUCKS 🪫 !!! 2 hour charge and I get 11mins ride time! It doesn’t give you enough time to master it until you need to turn round and plug it back in again for 2 hours. It’s not a cheap toy and to get such little time out of it it’s very frustrating but Radinn answer to this is to buy there unleashed version to unlock more ride time and other bits at 995€…. yes after I just spent a small fortune on it already. You ask how much extra ride time do you get 🤷🏼♂️ nobody knows lol 😂, you didn’t sell it to me! So instead of forking out a load more money I have gone down the route of efoil the battery and the unit is a lot lighter and the battery is over an hour which gives you the time to practice and get a good ride out of it. I have got to the point with the Radinn it lasts a few minutes and 2 hours to charge why bother!
