The staff at RallyUp were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as we set up our fundraiser. They obviously have a lot of experience with fundraising and made useful suggestions to improve what we were doing. We are so grateful for their help and expertise!

Tried to register, I picked Company as entity - because I wanted to do the company Raffle. The next page after filling in the email and other personal details, they tell me they don't fundraise for individuals, companies or not for profit. Really guys? Waste of time and effort. Sort yourselves out.
Greedy admin fees and glitches
A charity i support was using RallyUp for their silent auction. I was bidding on an item and RallyUp automatically added a tip (this is an admin fee for RallyUp that is supposed to be optional - this is how they make their money) You have to physically go in and adjust tip amount, then select other and then add $0 - its very sneaky and difficult to navigate. For there not to be an easy option to say no tip is ridiculous. So most people will unwillingly be paying a 15% tip to RallyUp which is way to much!!!! It should be a standard $2 admin fee. Anyhow, I was bidding on an item and selected no tip, but when i went to the payment section it added a tip amount. I wanted the item and time was running out so i agreed, then was outbid. Went to bid again, once again i had to adjust the tip amount. The screen then got stuck on “just a sec” for 4 mins, so i refreshed the page, had to go find the item again and by this stage the auction ended. Maybe this was because RallyUp wasn’t making money from me so they wouldn’t allow my bid to go through. I would not not recommend this website, i felt it was dishonest and if i was a charity i would not associate with it.
