So, I have to say like with anyplace you have your good and your bad. I am happy to say Hayley Wilson, is definitely one of the best! She is the true definition of advocate! I never have to wonder if she cares or about her intentions. She is the embodiment of why Randstad is always my top choice for Employment. She works hard to make sure you and your placement get the best fit. She is amazing! Hayley is a 5 star Boss! She is kind, companionate and my personal favorite... full of joy! Her pleasant up beat demeanor, ease even the hard days. She gives new meaning to the words above and beyond. She's incredibly hardworking and she does it for you. Randstad USA is a scam
I was recruited by a third person on LinkedIn who said there were many vacancies with Randstad USA. I wrote an email to Linda Luxenberg and sent my resume. She said my resume needed revamping and if I did not comply with the Randstad standard I would not be presented to the client. She referred me to Stephanie. I paid for Stephanie to revamp my CV, application and LinkedIn profile. I was coerced into this. It was difficult for me to even be allowed to see the alleged vacant position with Google and the Randstad standard. I still have not heard back from the position I applied for and do not think there ever was a real position. Linda Luxenberg has a new position with LHH and I think the whole thing was a scam with the purpose of cheating money out of innoscent people.

Toxic Culture
I worked as an internal Randstad employee for 4 years. It is a very cut-throat environment where everyone is out for themselves only. Leadership is non-existent and the company culture is BEYOND toxic. The turnover rate is insanely bad - especially for a company that prides itself on being "human forward." The pay is subpar against industry standards and they made us all contractors so they didn't have to give us benefits. They need to fire their entire leadership- from the c-suite down to the managers and completely rebuild.
