Employees/installers were very unprofessional and refused to take any responsibility

We ordered a kitchen through Ikea and the countertop was supposed to be installed by Raunstrup. Raunstrup had to come 2 times to measure the entire kitchen countertop and they still did not get the measurements right. They blamed it on the previous company that installed the cabinets and offered to come and fix it so that the measurements could be done correctly. When they came to correct the positioning of one of the cabinets, they did correct the positioning but because of that the drawers on that cabinet were completely at an angle and the bottom cover plate was left unmounted. But the carpenter just left it like that. Showing the absolutely lack of care about doing a proper job and a complete lack of pride in his work. And after this correction they still could not get the measurements right. Eventually they said that they would get the pieces ordered too large and cut it too size. When they arrived after a total of more than 3 months, they said they could not work with the pieces that were ordered because they were too large and they couldn't cut it to size. Their solution was to install it anyway as a temporary solution until the new countertop would be delivered. One of the pieces of the delivered countertop was much too long and they had to cut off a piece to make it fit and look nice. I specifically asked them to make it look nice, because I have been without a countertop for a total of 7 months and they promised me that they would do that. When I went to look at what they did, I saw that they cut it much too short (10-15 cm too short) so it looks really bad. They did not mention anything themselves, I had to point it out that it wasn't cut too the correct size. Their reaction to this was "it went fast". They did not even apologize for messing it up, they did not owe their mistake whatsoever. They obviously did not care about the work they delivered or the quality they delivered. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they just took a little piece of thin MDF and taped it across the hole in the countertop and called it good enough. When pointed out that they messed up and that they obviously did not care about offering any kind of solution or apology, they responded with anger. Making them look even less professional, apart from the very poor quality work they have already delivered. It's amazing but also quite puzzling that a carpenter company has difficulties cutting a piece of wood to the correct length. And even if mistakes happen, that this company does not even acknowledge that they made a mistake. When I went to look at the rest of the kitchen that was supposedly done right, I noticed that they used the backside of one of the islands and mounted it to the top of the cabinet and cut a hole for the stove in it. So this cabinet now has a much too large top countertop and no back plate. They did not notice this at all. I had to run to their car and call them back in because they were ready to drive off. A blind person could've seen that something was wrong there, but apparently they didn't care enough to notice it. The one part of countertop that was "correct" was mounted really bad and there is a big gap between the wall and the countertop. But once again they just shrug and blame it on the factory and Ikea. This whole process with them has taken over 3 months and will still take at least 3 more weeks without any guarantee that next time when they show up, they will actually do a proper job on installing the counter top. During this whole 3+ months process, they have not once apologized for the inconveniece or for their mistakes. The only thing they did was not care about the end client, blame someone else for their own mistakes and never even considered offering an alternative solution or any kind of help whatsoever. When in direct contact with Bo, one of their kitchen team managers, he refused to take any responsibility and blamed everyone else but themselves for what went wrong. Even today when pointed out that one of his employees made a promise of making a proper temporary solution without actually delivering that, he basically gave me the middle finger and did not offer any solutions. He did not once apologize for any inconvenience. You would expect a company like Raunstrup to be professional but apparently being professional and taking responsibility is asking too much. Even an apology is too difficult to give. Very unprofessional behavior and very poor quality of the actual assembly.
