Zero stars - do not trust!
Less than one star! Scam and zero customer service! Entered a draw to win guestlist tickets to a stand-up comedy gig in Berlin. Was informed two days before the gig that I had won two tickets. I was really excited to go to the gig. However, on the afternoon of the evening of the gig, I was informed by rausgegangen.de that the event had unfortunately been cancelled and that the tickets were no longer valid. I was so disappointed. The next day I wrote to the comedian (she's not a huge star) to ask if she was sick, or what happened - and she said the gig had gone ahead as planned! So I believed it had been cancelled because this unreliable website had told me it had - and so I missed a brilliant gig. DO NOT TRUST - USE A RELIABLE TICKET SITE SUCH AS EVENTBRITE!!

BEWARE SCAM
Beware, scam! Bought tickets to an event, the venue didn't recognize them and I had to buy them again on the spot. Support sent me back to the venue, the venue didn't care. Never got my money back.

Beware - company not to be trusted
Amateurish, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing customer service. I purchased a ticket for a show, but due to a technical issue on their side, I was unable to download it even though the payment had already been processed through PayPal. I could not reach anyone in real time, and since I had already made plans, I was forced to buy a more expensive ticket for the same event. Later, I had to follow up repeatedly just to receive a refund for the original ticket. When I requested a refund for the price difference, which was relatively small and entirely their responsibility, they refused. Their customer service representative, Luca, was dismissive and argued with me over email instead of taking accountability or offering any form of compensation. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this was handled. Their error caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and they could not even refund a few euros. This company is not trustworthy, and I strongly urge event organizers and customers to avoid working with such an irresponsible provider.

Tickets never arrived, never received my money back
I bought tickets for a concert, and the payment was marked as 'under revision' on PayPal. It took more than five days for anything to happen, and then they withdrew the money from my account a day after the concert. The tickets never arrived, and I’ve been sending emails trying to get my money back, but they won’t respond. Absolutely outrageous service. It’s been over three weeks now, and nothing has happened. It seems like they just took my money and left it that way
