We recently had to cancel our contract with ReadyTech due to the LMS being very clunky and not user-friendly, especially for our cohort of learners who are not very tech-savvy. Despite no work having commenced, we were disappointed to learn that the $2,000 upfront fee was non-refundable. Given our circumstances as a small education provider, we had hoped for a more flexible and understanding approach. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the level of service or professionalism we expected from a company of this size.
