REDQ: The Quiet Giant of React & WooCommerce
A $5.7M agency building the invisible infrastructure of modern e-commerce
In a market obsessed with AI hype, REDQ has quietly built a $5.7M business solving the unsexy, critical problems of e-commerce infrastructure. They aren't building chatbots; they're building the engine blocks for thousands of online stores.
"REDQ isn't chasing the latest AI trend; they are doubling down on the robust, scalable foundations that actually drive e-commerce revenue."
The Stack Strategy
REDQ’s tech stack reveals their pragmatic philosophy. They leverage Next.js for speed, Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development, and WooCommerce for immediate e-commerce utility. This isn't a stack chasing buzzwords; it's a toolkit designed for delivery. The presence of Laravel alongside Next.js suggests a hybrid approach—using the best tool for the job rather than dogmatic adherence to a single framework.
The 'Pickbazar' Effect
Their traffic data tells a story of product-market fit. The top keyword isn't 'REDQ'—it's 'pickbazar' (300 monthly volume). This indicates they have successfully commoditized a specific solution: React e-commerce templates. By open-sourcing tools like RizzUI and building recognizable brands like Pickbazar, they capture developers and agencies who need reliable starting points, creating a funnel that feeds their agency revenue.
With 49 employees generating $5.7M in revenue, REDQ operates at a healthy ~$116k revenue per employee. This efficiency suggests a lean, senior-heavy team that leverages reusable assets (themes, plugins) rather than building everything from scratch. Their global rank of #1.4M isn't a weakness; it's a testament to a niche B2B focus where high traffic volume matters less than conversion quality.
- Specialization in React & WooCommerce ecosystems
- Heavy investment in open-source UI libraries (RizzUI)
- Revenue driven by digital products and custom agency work
- High direct traffic indicates strong brand recall in niche circles
The Boring is Profitable
REDQ proves that in a noisy market, deep expertise in foundational technologies like WooCommerce and React yields sustainable, multi-million dollar outcomes.

They don't reply to tickets and support…
They don't reply to tickets and support requests. Not a trusthworthy company. I ordered the Cartsy theme and it's simply not supported at all. They even removed it from Themeforest. Too bad because some of their themes were nice but they abandoned the old ones to build new themes. You can't trust them
Bad plugin and support
Fatal error in plugin — refused to fix, had to solve it myself If you’re using WooCommerce with this plugin, be aware that it will throw a fatal error when a refund (WC_Order_Refund) is present in the system. The plugin tries to call get_billing_first_name() on a refund object — but that method doesn’t exist on WC_Order_Refund, only on WC_Order. Here is the exact error: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Overrides\OrderRefund::get_billing_first_name() in .../includes/Utils/data-provider.php The cause is that the function rnb_customer_name() is used without checking the object type. ✅ The fix is simple: In data-provider.php, around line 1183, just add this: function rnb_customer_name( $order_id ) { $order = wc_get_order( $order_id ); if ( $order instanceof WC_Order_Refund ) { return ''; } return $order->get_billing_first_name() . ' ' . $order->get_billing_last_name(); } Why the 1-star? I contacted support with the exact error, offered the fix, and explained the issue clearly. They refused to resolve or acknowledge it. So I had to debug and solve it myself — thanks to help from ChatGPT. This is a critical error that completely breaks your backend calendar if even a single refund exists. If a plugin vendor refuses to fix a fatal bug in their own commercial product, I cannot recommend them.
Disappointed by RedQ.io's Quality and Support
Having recently made a purchase from RedQ.io, I am left with a bitter taste due to my unsatisfactory experience with their products and support. Despite the strong marketing rhetoric portraying their products as high quality, I found them to be markedly subpar. It quickly became clear that the programming of these products lacked the necessary expertise and attention to detail, which made them far from user-friendly. This is not just a matter of under-delivery, but it feels deceptive considering the initial high-quality claim. What compounded my disappointment was the subsequent interaction with RedQ.io's customer support. Far from helping resolve the issues, I found their support to be of little assistance. Their responses were slow, unclear, and did little to address the inherent programming flaws in their products. This level of service, in my opinion, borders on fraudulent, as it does not live up to the promises made at the point of sale. In conclusion, my experience with RedQ.io has been far from the expected standard. Until significant improvements are made in both their product quality and customer support, I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution when considering purchases from this company.
Asking support
Asking for support, you gave a link for a refund then you refused a refund. Thanks for the brain game. You support me very well.
