I recently got married
I recently got married. I wore two dresses from Retrofete. One for our welcome party and one for my second dress. I was concerned after reading the poor reviews. I had no issues with their customer service. One dress was way to big so I sent it back and exchanged it for a smaller size. If I have another reason to dress up for any special occasion I will order from Retrofete every time.

A whopping 5 stars . 10/10 . I have had a great experience. Great customer service, lovely April. My dress came to me in 1 day. From New Jersey to New York, to Amsterdam Netherlands. The dress is stunning. The size is perfect. The dress is stunning. It came in nice paper with a branded ribbon. I highly recommend Retrofete. I recommend you do your resurch on the size converter. And compare to your previous Retrofete dress and you can't go wrong. Thank you Retrofete USA. May you be blessed and always shine like a star.

I wish I would’ve looked here before I purchased from Retrofete. I saw that this outfit I had been eyeing was on final sale so I took a chance. It looks beautiful on the model. When I got it, it felt like a rubber tire. The fabric is so thick and cheap. And the fit is completely different than what the model is wearing. They’ve clearly altered it. There is no waist on the one I got. And the legs are longer than any female probably would ever be. I didn’t even ask for my money back. I just asked if they would give me a credit or exchange it but they said no. Now I understand why they have to sell it final sale. If they sold it any other way, it would always be returned. Do not purchase from this store!!

Avoid the store! They dont care about costumer at all! I bougt a jacket without bows and wrong tailored! They offer me the return but in my country it is not free and it cost almoust like a jacket! They dont unvsvered on my emails at all! Dont buy at that store! They sholud be ofer me a refund of jacket and delivery cost wich are so expensive in my country

I ordered a dress which they said it’s final sale The dress came ripped under both arms , shortened and tapered around the knees I’ve been calling and sending emails to get some resolution but no response After reading all the bad reviews one should never order from retrofete any more I don’t recommend it to anyone
