Do not fall for the marketing!
I would give negative 10 stars if I could. Firstly, I will admit that I didn't scour the return policy before making a purchase. I fell for the lovely photos and claims that the products were clean and would tame my curly frizzy hair. The before and after photos were impressive. I spent $270.00 on an assortment of products including shampoo, conditioner, styling milk and oil, and thickening products. That is not cheap in my opinion, especially if the products don't work. The shampoo/conditioner have a nice scent but it ends there. I used the products per the instructions and based on the videos that flooded all of my feeds. My hair was a frizzy nest that didn't hold or create a single curl. My hair was flat, despite using the root lift and looked stringy when I tried using the thickener. When I decided to return the products I learned that no, you can't return an Item you've used and they charge shipping and a $10.00 restocking fee for returning unopened products. It is clear this company doesn't stand behind their products because it's clear they are useless. I will never fall for another celebrity-owned business. I have left numerous bad reviews with no response at all. They do, however, respond to their glowing incentivized, bogus reviews. Save your money.
