Overall, would recommend for small businesses
Overall, I quite like the Rybbon platform from BHN. It's easy to use, campaign set up is very simple, and I like all of the integration and automation options that it offers. My only two critiques are that I wish it had the ability for the search bar to search for a name throughout all of my active campaigns (we do blinded surveys so if a respondent does need to troubleshoot anything it's a bit tricky to find which campaign they belong to) and that I wish the subscription levels/features were a little more customizable. As a small company, it's not always financially practical to upgrade to the higher level subscription, but being able to have one or two of those features would be immensely helpful for us. We've used Rybbon for a number of years now and I've had great experiences with every account executive assigned to us. Super helpful and responsive. Best of all, if they don't know they answer they tell me that and then go look to find the answer instead of just leaving something unanswered or making up nonsense.
