Brilliant customer service - I wanted to make sure I let everyone know about the great service I have had from Geoff at Rybrook Volvo in Warrington. He has been responsive and gone above and beyond to make sure I had my new car. not only did he deliver it to my house, he also sat and explained every feature on the car making sure I am comfortable and up to speed with all its gadgets. I raised an issue on the finish of the wheels on are Volvo xc40 after 8 months of ownership, the car is just 3 years old but obviously the wheels had been refurbished, but the lacquer was peeling off. Rybrook preston agreed to pay 50% to have all four wheels done very happy with the service via the sales manager, also the service team who loaned us xc40 for the duration of the work very happy customer

The servicing staff at Rybrook Chester are fabulous, caring and professional. Alan, Rob and Clare go that extra mile and I always feel very well looked after by all 3. The mechanics always do a wonderful job looking after my car. Amy on reception is a joy. Recently Chris has collected my car on two occasions, he's an absolute credit to Rybrook chester, he's always professional, polite and helpful.
