Got a great service from Egor Khaykichev at SAKA Espoo. He was with me every step of the way while I was picking the car, provided with all of the detailed information and answered all of my questions. When I eventually had to take the car to the service after the purchase, he helped me arrange the car inspection and it was covered by SAKA warranty, even though the consultants at the service place were not very helpful and kept insisting I had to pay for their service. I've read a lot of review here before getting the car and I wasn't sure if I could trust SAKA, but now from my own experience I see their service is really good and I love my new car. So I figured I'd share this experience here too. Thank you Egor for your help!

I visited the Herttoniemi location for a car wash, and Markus recognized me. He asked if I bought the car he handed over for a test drive, and I mentioned accidentally scratching the loading area while handling the winter tires. Markus checked it out and had the service department fix it during the wash. I couldn’t have been more grateful- great customer service!
