I use this company a lot, and their staff and product range and convenience is excellent. They truly excel at customer service. My only minor quibble is that some items are next day delivery when I need them same day.

Although this review is more centred on the recent same day delivery service vis the app, generally speaking I have been using screwfix for 15 years and never had a bad experience with them here in Coventry, they are knowledgeable, prompt, and the same day delivery service for a limited but useful range of items has been a God send several times over the last two years of house renovations. I have nothing but good experiences with them. Many thanks.

Just used screwfix in Horley Surrey . I needed something last minute , the team there were really helpful , friendly and professional .They advised on what I should get after explaining what I needed, it was close to closing time and a Friday too ! Really knowledgeable team . Probably best screwfix local to me .
