I have fallen in love with the Seavees…
I have fallen in love with the Seavees shoe brand. Most of their styles neatly cut the difference between sneakers and casual shoes — especially the Hermosa model. These shoes are super comfortable and have great support.
Buyer Beware/Shady Return Policy
The shoes did not fit. I am trying to return them and they are charging me 20 dollars for the return. Do not shop here
Wrong item delivered
I ordered my husband boots for Christmas on sale for $140. Package arrived before Christmas however they sent the wrong item, a pair of white womens sneakers. I wasn’t able to gift my husband his Christmas gift due to their mistake. I reached out twice to customer service in hopes that they’d make right on their mistake. They never apologized for the inconvenience and now the boots I order are out of stock and back to the full price of $175. They gave me a 15% off coupon on one full price item. Which would make me pay more to replace their mistake. Super unhappy with the lack of support!!!!
Scam, they don’t ship for weeks
I ordered a pair of shoes in early December and it’s now Christmas and never received them. I filled a charge back with my credit card processor.

Wish I could give 0 stars, specifically for their customer support. I ordered a pair of shoes in November and it said they arrived December 4th. Well, I never got them and Seavees has been no help. I emailed them and they told me to wait and see if they came in. After a week, I followed up and never heard anything. I’ve now followed up 4 times and created 3 separate tickets with them and haven’t heard back. Looks like I’ll be filing a chargeback with my bank since I never received my $175 shoes and can’t get a hold of anyone there
