Superb out of warranty support
Bought my chair back in 2020 and it's been solid since. The arm rest top split during warranty and replaced. I clean the chair regularly and it's been pristine for years until 2026 when the frame failed on the seat base and the arm rest bolt plate snapped. Following some fantastic exchanges with SL customer service they replaced the seat base and arm as a goodwill gesture and my broken chair is suddenly pristine again and I even ordered new arm rest covers to make it feel like new again! Honestly the best customer service I've had in a long time

Product is excellent and has easy assembly and their instructions are excellent. Highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a good sturdy stand-up desk.
absolutely blown away
I mean I am just absolutely blown away. Not only did they take care of me immediately, they did it without hesitation and it was FAST. Which was hoped for but not guaranteed nor did I ask for it. I have a VERY severe back injury and this is the only chair that brings me any comfort, although I have been waiting yearsssss for a matching Star Wars lumbar pillow, and I sit in it everyday. So when a piece randomly failed and broke the function of my chair. It was devastating. So, again; THANK you for helping me get my chair up and perfect again. I look forward to having a matching Star Wars lumbar pillow one day! PLEASEEEEEE!
