My coach Carlton helped me in many different ways when I first started out I was a kid that lacked self confidence and self belief was really debating if the right thing to do was to end it but Carlton helped me by making me see that I had more to life he helped me grow as a person and made me believe that I could do something I went from having no job at the start to now thriving at my new job and that’s all thanks to Carlton if it wasn’t for him I probably wouldn’t be writing this review but he’s the most honest humble and kind guy I’ve ever met and if you are ever in the position that I was in I would recommend Carlton as I believe he could help you if you just trust him

My amazing workcoach Freddie
When I started getting help from Seetec I was really still in a bad place in my life despite already making improvements I feel I still had quite a way to go. But my workcoach Freddie was amazing and he seemed to really be the right person at the right time to help me. He was really kind, helpful, funny and understanding. I never once felt judged and always was able to speak openly to him despite at the time not really being able to do so. I was only with him for 3 months I think but it was truly life changing. With his help and approach to me and my issues I was able to really gain the confidence needed to go forward. It never felt like I was just another person he saw and I know from someone else who saw Freddie as well he felt the same way. Now I have had a job for over 3 months that I'm enjoying and feeling like a normal functional member of society is great! I can say with certainty that it is really down to Freddie. I could probably go on for quite a bit more as even with how long this already is I still feel it doesn't show just how much I truly am grateful for Freddie. Thank you.

Incredible guidance
I was placed on the Restart program by UC, whilst dealing with severe bouts of anxiety and more. The member of the team i was placed with went above and beyond in assisting me. In job progression, financial assistance/recommendations and mental health guidance. I wouldn't be financially stable or as mentally stable if it wasn't for the months she spent helping me. My experience working on my health and wellbeing with Rhys
I think that my experience with Rhys working on my health and wellbeing at the Worcester Youth Hub has been very accomplishing. I started off constantly feeling down and not being able to accept my life for what it was, and now I am feeling entirely comfortable with my life and when I do feel down I have methods to manage that such as using noting, thinking of if the thoughts I'm having are true, useful or rational and then challenging them and turning them into something positive and also just being more mindful and being able to relax by using the 7-11 breathing technique. He has also opened my mind to being able to try new things and develop a focus for things which has been really fruitful for me. I think the system of alternating fortnightly in-person appointments and phone call appointments is really effective as well, as it ensures a level of grounding and progression provided you are willing to try to improve yourself.
